This project is one of our favorite ones. We worked on design and equipment selection together with house owners, and they are very creative artists. So don't get mistaken by this house size, it features some of the industry best equipment for networks and audio.
We prewired the whole house and its outside areas for network, surveillance, access control, and audio. Installed equipment rack with cooling and power conditioner to keep all gear safe and configured the system for a few buttons control, whether you use a phone, tablet, AppleTV remote or your voice.
This home features Klipsch Design Series speakers installed in every room and connected to Sonos Multi-Room Audio for convenient control app or AirPlay control. For the Media Room we selected Klipsch Reference Premier Pro In-Ceiling speakers powered by Sonos Amps and Sonos Sub. Music doesn't have to be contained within the four walls of a home. We installed Klipsch Pro-650 landscape satellite speakers to take the ambiance out on the patio.
Ring Security System, Yale Assure Smart Lock, Lutron Select and Phillips Hue Smart Lighting systems were integrated into Apple HomeKit and automated per customer liking.
