This Hilltop Oasis is a newly built modern mansion tucked within the lush and natural surrounds of Bel-Air is infused with natural elements to complement the surrounding scenery and speak to its Southeast Asian inspiration.

BB One Technologies, we were invited at the early stages of the project to design a reliable and scalable Smart Home system that would give a future homeowner the flexibility to upgrade an existing system to his liking without replacing any equipment.

We decided to concentrate on the system core elements such as: Future Proof Communications, Home Network, and Multi-Room Audio & Video. We installed over 70 Architectural Klipsch Speakers throughout the house and powered them by Sonos Multi-Room Audio.

This house also features a dedicated Home Theater room with a 9.2.2 Klipsch Premiere Pro Sound System. To conveniently control nearly 100 Smart Dimmers, we grouped all the Lights into scenes and created automation based on various schedules and events, installed in-wall iPads in every room. We integrated Ring Security System, DoorBird Intercom, Pentair Pool System, Somfy Blinds into Apple HomeKit, for even more detailed home automation.
